TAGLINE, SLOGAN, MOTTO CREATION PROCESS

Slogan Motto Project Process

Our goal is to make you comfortable working with us, even if you’ve never used professional creative services before. And, of course, your 100% satisfaction. To meet those goals we like to explain what you can expect from us, right up front.

 

Phase I.  Data Collection and Analysis
During this phase we will discuss the project in detail with your management and operations staff to develop a strategic work plan outlining your key benefits, communication goals, target audience, and perceptual challenges. We will also gather information about your competitors, market place and possible pre-existing taglines already in use.

PHASE II:  Tagline / Brand Positioning Development

At this time we will generate a series of 3-5 competitive taglines. We will then present and review these taglines with you.

PHASE III:  Selection / Refinement
A final tagline/slogan will be selected or, based on your input and direction, we will make modifications and refinements until we have created a tagline that conveys distinctiveness, memorability, personality and value.


PHASE IV:  Preliminary Tagline Design
During this phase, if appropriate, we will design your selected tagline to work as a cohesive unit with your pre-existing logo.

PHASE V:  Final Tagline / Logo Lock-up

During this phase, if appropriate, we would develop a final tagline/logo design lock-up in an .EPS vector-based format.

PHASE VI:  Delivery
Your final approved product will be delivered to you, or a selected vendor, via email or FTP transfer.

TIMING

To begin the process of creating a competitive tagline for your company we will have you complete an initial creative questionnaire. Once complete, we will immediately begin the process of developing a tagline with a STANDARD project delivery date of 2 weeks from project start.

All requests for an expedited timeframe will incur an additional RUSH fee based on requested timing.

TERMS
Payments:
Our standard policy for tagline/slogan projects is to receive all payments in advance.

All prices in US currency with payments accepted by overnight check, money order, Western Union transfer, or online payments processed with a 100% secure connection via PayPal.

Revisions:
We will make revisions free of charge, unless the requested revisions are based on a change in the project that is made after the creative was submitted.

Ownership:
You have full ownership of all final and approved creative upon payment in full. In the event of cancellation of this assignment, ownership of all copyrights and the original concepts and artwork shall be retained by LD2.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation of this assignment, ownership of all copyrights and the original artwork shall be retained by LD2 and a cancellation fee, for work completed based on the contract price and expenses already incurred, shall be paid by the client.

Additional:
Estimate does not include additional client alterations and revisions, or outside costs including, but not limited to, printing, scanning, photography, stock imagery, illustrations, digital retouching, state or local sales tax, where applicable, courier and delivery expenses which will be billed additionally.
